Aaron J. Williamson
Aaron is a Civil Rights attorney and the Principal of Williamson Civil Law, LLC. He helps clients achieve justice through accountability with an informed, strategic, and aggressive approach.
He represents clients in employment law, housing discrimination, and government misconduct cases. Aaron is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana as well as the Southern District and Northern District federal courts of Indiana.
He has spent nearly five years as a litigator at a top-tier defense firm defending employers against discrimination claims and a preeminent litigation firm representing plaintiffs in personal injury and class action lawsuits. The experience and perspective from having represented plaintiffs and defendants informs Aaron’s approach in evaluating, preparing, and representing his clients.
Aaron was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana and has three sisters and ten nieces and nephews. He earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne and his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He is newly married to Katie Williamson and now has three beautiful and brilliant stepchildren.
When Aaron is not hard at work representing his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family. A favorite pastime is binge watching Netflix; a family favorite is Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice.
